Q4:Do you support Customization Order for the surveying products?

Yes,  for most of the products, we can provide OEM or ODM service. For details, please contact our sales team for further communication.

 

 

Q5:How can I get a products certificate?

Some of our products have already obtained Testing Report or Certificates like RoHS, CE, FCC.  For more request, please contact our sales team.

Q7: What transportation modes can I have the ordering items to be ship?

A.Door to door delivery service Air Express Courier like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, as well as some local regional specialized courier

B.General Air flight Cargo Service from airport to airport, Consignee make the Customs Clearance by themselves

C.Ocean transportation by sea boat to the nearest port of the destination, customers make the Customs Clearance by themselves

D.International Multi-modal transport, by boat & truck, by flight & truck...

E.Customers can appoint their own forwarder agent who has warehouse in China, we can deliver the goods to shipping warehouse as your shipping instructions.

Q8: How to calculate the shipping cost?

The shipping freight rate is changing from time to time due to the oil price ups and downs, as well as the Epidemic control. Please contact our sales team for getting best shipping solution & freight rate.

 

Q9:How long will be the shipment days?

Most of the items are ready to ship.

If it is not available from current stocks, shall be within 15 days.

For bigger order quantity, it depends on the production orders.

Q10:What kind of payment methods do you accept?

A.By Trade Assurance Order from Alibaba.com, customer can make payment directly to the order link by using visa card, mastercard, T/T, PAYPAL, APPLE_PAY, GOOGLE_PAY, GC_REAL_TIME_BANK_TRANSFER

B.Ask the Sales Manager to send a Proforma Invoice with our banking details, accepting T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram.

 

Q11:  How can I make the Customs Clearance and pay tax for the purchasing goods?

A. ) Generally, if shipping by Air Express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, the courier company will provide Customs Clearance Service and door-to-door delivery service, however, customer still need to pay the import customs tax according to the local legal regulations.

B. ) Ship by General Air Flight Service or Ocean Boat, consignee needs to do the Customs Clearance and pay tax by themselves or can appoint an agent.

C. ) For some countries, we have some specialized shipping line which offer freight package can cover Customs Clearance Service and Import Tax.

Q12:  How can I track my shipping package?

A. ) For the Trade Assurance PO on alibaba.com, you can track the order shipping information from your order link. As soon as the goods is shipping out, we will upload the Shipping Way Bill to the order link.

B. ) For non Trade Assurance Order, we will provide Airway Bill, Bill of Lading for following up as soon as the goods is shipping out, customers can track the shipment transportation records from the shipping compays website.

Part 3) Technical Support

 

Q13:  How can I get technical support to operate the instruments?

A.) The instruments comes with Operation Manual (User Manual) either in hard copy or digital copy. Please check inside the package you received, or contact us by e-mail.

B.) If there is specific problem during using the device, you can get technical support by contacting us. We will provide Video, Documents of How to operate, and even on-line presentation.

Q14:  How can you ensure the product quality and instrument performance?
